Delivery of purchases

The delivery charge is calculated automatically and based solely on the weight of the goods.

This allows you to buy more items (mannequins, torsos and other bulky purchases) for the same delivery charge – which is great! You can view the delivery cost for your selected items by going to your ‘Shopping Basket’. All parcels are delivered on working days between 9 am and 5 pm. A parcel may consist of several packages.

IMPORTANT: The buyer must check the condition of the parcel together with the courier’s representative and, if any damage is noticed, note this on the delivery receipt. Once the buyer has accepted the parcel and signed the delivery confirmation document without any comments, the parcel is deemed to have been delivered free from defects.

Check the condition of the parcel without paying attention to the courier service’s arguments (excuses) – that they are in a hurry – as these are your consumer rights, which are guaranteed to you by the laws of your country.
