Purchasing Rules

1. General Provisions.
1.1. These Terms of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are a binding legal document establishing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller when purchasing goods from the GALSAS.LT online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer will be notified of such amendments on the GALSAS.LT online store website. When the Buyer makes a purchase from the online store, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of placing the order apply.
1.3. The following persons have the right to make a purchase from the online store:
1.3.1. Legally competent individuals, i.e., individuals who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted by a court order;
1.3.2. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians, or minors with legal official income,
1.3.3. Legal entities;
1.3.4. Authorized representatives of all of the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. By approving the rules, the Seller also guarantees that, in accordance with paragraph 1.3., the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the GALSAS.LT online store.
1.5. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, selecting a payment method, and reviewing the Seller's rules, clicks the "Confirm Order" button (see paragraph 5 "Ordering Products, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms").
2. Protection of Personal Data.
2.1. The Buyer can order goods in the online store:
2.1.1. By registering in the e-store. GALSAS.LT store - by entering the data requested during registration;
2.1.2. Without registering in the GALSAS.LT online store.
2.2. When ordering a product, the Buyer: 2.1. In the manner prescribed by the Rules, in the appropriate information fields provided by the Seller, provides the Buyer's personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order: first name, last name, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
2.3. By accepting these rules, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer's personal data specified in section 2.2 may be processed for the purpose of analyzing the seller's performance and direct marketing.
2.4. By agreeing to the processing of personal data, the Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for fulfilling the order received from the Buyer may be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
2.5. When registering with the e-mail address, the Buyer When using the store and ordering products, the Buyer undertakes to store and not disclose their login information to anyone.
3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products in the online store in accordance with these Rules and the rules in other information sections of the GALSAS.LT online store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase and Sale Agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, specifying the item being returned and its order number) no later than 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery, except in cases where the agreement cannot be cancelled under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g., when concluding a purchase and sale agreement for hygiene products - bed linen; see information on the website of the State Institution "Consumer Center" http://www.vartojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, "Special Features of Return and Exchange of Non-Food Products," paragraph 18).
3.3. The Buyer may exercise the right specified in paragraph 3.2 only if the item is undamaged, its appearance has not changed significantly, and the item itself has not been used. Otherwise, the purchase is non-refundable and its purchase price is non-refundable.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the price indicated on the GALSAS.LT website.
3.5. If the information provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their GALSAS.LT account login information to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login information, they must immediately notify the Seller using the means specified in the "Contacts" section.
3.7. The Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.4. Seller's Rights and Obligations.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to optimally and correctly use all services of the GALSAS.LT e-shop.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Galsas.lt e-shop or violates its obligations, the Seller reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to services in the store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to the confidentiality of the personal information provided in the registration email.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. Ordering Products, Prices, Payment Procedure, and Deadlines.
5.1. The Buyer can shop in the GALSAS.LT e-shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2. The Agreement comes into force from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm Order" button. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation email to the email address specified by the Buyer.
5.3. Prices for all goods and services are quoted in euros, including VAT of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.4. When purchasing goods on the GALSAS.LT website, the Buyer can pay using the following methods:
5.4.1. The "E-Banking" service is an advance payment to the Galsas.lt e-shop's banking system account. To use this payment method, the Buyer must have a banking agreement with one of the servicing banks listed on GALSAS.LT. The Buyer transfers funds to the current account of our e-shop. Responsibility for data security in this case lies with the relevant bank, as all monetary transactions are processed through the bank's electronic banking system.
5.4.2. Payment by "Bank Transfer" is an advance payment, where the Buyer transfers funds to the e-shop's bank account. Galsas.lt store.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only upon receipt of payment does the parcel begin to be assembled and the delivery time begins. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the order is automatically canceled and considered invalid.6. Delivery of Goods.
6.1. The Buyer, having selected a delivery service when placing an order, undertakes to specify the exact delivery location.6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods in person. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods in person, and the goods have already been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to file a claim against the Seller for delivery to the wrong person.
6.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or their authorized representative (COURIER).
6.4. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the deadlines specified on the GALSAS.LT website. These terms and conditions are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the requested item is out of stock at the Seller's warehouse or is sold under the "Pre-Order" label and the Buyer is notified of the shortage. The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on delivery terms.
6.5. In all cases, the Seller is exempt from liability for delays in delivery if the item is not delivered to the Buyer or is not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault (incorrect address or phone number entered) or due to circumstances beyond the control of GALSAS.LT.
6.6. In all cases, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the parcel containing their purchases is delivered in unsealed or otherwise damaged packaging, or if the parcel contains items not ordered, the incorrect quantity, or incomplete items.
6.7. In all cases, if the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, they must document this on the delivery document provided by the courier or complete a separate damage report. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the product related to damage to the packaging that the Buyer failed to note on the courier's delivery document.7. Product Quality and Warranties.
7.1. The description (size, color, or other features) of products sold in the online store are indicated in the general description accompanying each product.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for any deviations in color, shape, or other parameters from the actual size of the product in the store due to the settings of the monitor, tablet, or mobile phone used by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller provides a quality guarantee for certain products, the specific period and other terms of which are specified in the descriptions of such products.
7.4. If the Seller does not provide a quality guarantee for certain types of products, the warranty stipulated by relevant legislation applies.8. Returns and Exchanges.
8.1. Defects in sold goods shall be rectified, if possible, or defective goods shall be replaced or returned in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 29 June 2001, "On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items", approved by the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items, except in cases where the contract cannot be terminated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania (when the contract is concluded for the sale of hygiene products - bed linen;: //www.vārtojucentras.lt/istatymas.php? id = 1038, "Specifics of the Return and Exchange of Non-Food Products", paragraph 18.). In all cases, money for the returned goods shall be transferred only to the payer's bank account.
8.2. Return the goods(s) in accordance with Article 8.1. The Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by notifying the Seller using the contact methods specified in the contact section, stating the name of the returned goods, the order number, and the reason for the return.
8.3. When returning goods to the Buyer, the following conditions must be met:
8.3.1. The returned goods must be in their original, undamaged, and neat packaging;
8.3.2. The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. The goods must not show signs of use and must be in good condition (undamaged labels, peeling protective films, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning defective goods);
8.3.4. The returned goods must be in the same condition as when received;
8.3.5. When returning the goods, proof of purchase must be presented.
8.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of goods by the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure set out in Section 8.3.
8.5. If the Buyer returns an incorrect or defective item, the Seller undertakes to collect the item and replace it with a similar, suitable item.
8.6. If the Seller does not have suitable replacement items, the Buyer will receive a refund of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.9. Responsibility of the Buyer and the Seller.
9.1. The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller will bear no liability for the consequences and will have the right to demand compensation for direct losses incurred by the Buyer.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for their actions in our Galsas.lt online store.
9.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for sharing their login information with third parties. If the email address is not correct, the Seller will not accept any liability for the consequences. A third party uses the Buyer's login information to access the GALSAS.LT system, using the services provided by the GALSAS.LT store. The Seller considers this party to be the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, despite the Seller's recommendations and obligations, failed to read these Rules, even though they were given the opportunity to do so.
9.5. The Party at fault for the losses shall compensate the other Party directly for any damages.10. Marketing and Information.
10.1. The Seller may initiate various promotional or advertising activities at its sole discretion.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of promotions, or cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms of promotions is effective from the moment of their execution.
10.3. The Seller sends all notifications via the communication methods specified by the Buyer in the Buyer's registration form.10.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller via email and phone number specified in the "Contacts" section of our e-shop.
10.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive informational messages, confirmation messages, or invoices due to internet connection problems, network failures with email service providers, or if the Buyer has provided incorrect contact information.
11. Final Provisions.
11.1. These Terms of Sale and Purchase of Goods are compiled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation.
